Yarmouth Pier

The Pier was originally built in 1875 to a length of 685ft and was completed and opened in July 1876 and looked very much like it does today however without the pavilion.

The little pavilion was constructed in 1927 and was originally the Pier Masters Office.

The small pavilion was rebuilt when the major restoration was undertaken in the 90's. It is now used by fishermen as a shelter against the elements, when it used to be an the Piers Masters Office it had proper doors and sash windows.
