Ventnor
The Metropol's luxury apartments and shops underneath, recently completed addition to the seafront. The Metropol Hotel was demolished a few years ago after many years of neglect and gradual decline.
Very nearly the full view of Ventnor's beach from the Bandstand, the beach is part sand part small shingle - percentages vary from year to year.
Rex Piano Bar and Restaurant can be seen from the esplanade and beach and is a short but steep walk up to here. Walking directly underneath that rocky outcrop can be a bit unerving.
Located in the town opposite the car park.
