This is looking around the corner from Steephill Cove toward Ventnor, the very edge of The Spyglass Inn can be seen on the left. It is a pleasant walk between Ventnor and Steephill Cove using the cliff path that starts in the pay and display car park above the pub.
The bandstand building actually houses a water treatment plant and was completed recently. However the harbour construction seen in the foreground is not quite finished. These replace the Pier that once stood out from Ventnors esplanade.
