The Spyglass Inn is the oldest property on the Esplanade and is the place to chill out on a fine day and have a beer or some food for that matter.

The lower and top terraces of tables available to sit out and have a beer or food.  It does go around the corner slightly from this picture and there is also The Boathouse at the end.  Great views across the Victorian Esplanade and beach from here.  It is very popular with food here.

Inside The Boathouse which has had a revamp and tidy up in recent years. Handy if everywhere else is full or if there is a chilly wind {and there is no space within the pub} and the kids can amuse themselves safely.

The Boathouse is at the end of the lower terraces.
