The Village Inn, a good pub popular with tourists and locals. Live entertainment most nights in peak season.
 


There are a few cottages that have been made into Tea Rooms with very pleasant gardens - and their prices are quite reasonable for a small bite to eat or just a tea or ice cream.

"Specials - Large teacake or two crumpets with cup of tea or coffee, £1.50. Cake of the day served with a pot of tea or coffee, £2.50". Taken from a specials sign in the original picture.
